My name is Steven Tissier. I have created this site to raise awareness about Cerebral Palsy and highlight the situation of my cousin Peter Murphy.
Peter has a serious case of Cerebral Palsy and can not do anything on his own. He is going to need 24hr help probably for most of his life.
