Crown Angling Club was established in 1977 by the late Douglass Gillingham. It's purpose at the time was to cultivate good social feeling, promoting the principles of fair angling in a friendly atmosphere whilst protecting the clubs waters and habitat.
The club has three lakes for it's members to use which hold a good variety of fish of all species and sizes. Membership is available for the 2009/10 season.
