Milton Community Website Milton Ward is in the centre of Southend-on-Sea, Essex and comprises some five thousand homes as well as numerous small businesses. Milton is bounded to the north by the A13, known as London Road and to the south by the Thames Estuary. Southend High Street runs straight down through the eastern side of Milton, linking the two railway stations, Southend Victoria and Southend Central, with the Seafront. The western side of Milton and the other main shopping street, Hamlet Court Road, may be accessed from Westcliff Station.
