Booking-in procedure
A normal session costs £7. On your first visit you will be asked for a £7 'holding deposit' (which is explained further down).
You can book-in for activities by visiting Harlow Outdoors or phoning 01279 432031 and your name will be put on the activities list. If the session is full you will be put on the waiting list but it's usually likely you will get a place.
CANCELLATION: If you have booked a session but subsequently find that you are unable to attend phone the Centre promptly to cancel and ask if there is anyone on the waiting list - if so, call them to see if they can take your place.
If you cancel and successfully fill the space with somebody else YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY.
If the session was not fully booked (therefore not depriving anyone of a place) YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY.
If the session was fully booked and you fail to turn up or are unable to fill your place you will lose your £7 'holding deposit' (which we will ask you to reinstate on your next visit).
We are a self-funding group and run our programme hoping to fill each space available. If we do not have a 'full house' we lose money and have to look to fundraising to keep the group going.
