A variety of stalls selling an extensive selection of produce, including home made cakes, free range eggs, local honey, cheeses, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, herbs, plants, preserves, smoked fish, home made gourmet pies, sausages, charcoal and some craft stalls.

The nearest thing to a village show for Hadleigh!

Classes for horticulture, handicraft, homecraft and photography plus junior sections. Various stalls, including plant sales, and raffle. Refreshments served.

ROCK WALL CLIMB

A fundraising event for St Michael's New Church Building sponsored by Daws Heath Timber.

Come and climb a 9m high rock wall. Climb for fun or to raise money for your own charity through sponsorship.

At St Michael's Church Field, St Michael's Road, Daws Heath.

From 9.00am and 1.00pm
and 2.00pm to 6.00pm.

Cost £1.50 per climb.

UNIVERSITY OF THE THIRD AGE (U3A) INAUGURAL MEETING

Free electric blanket testing organised by CPBC in partnership with Essex County Fire and Rescue Service.

CAT HOMING SHOW

Organised by Rayleigh Cats Protection. Give a cat or older kitten a home in time for Christmas by visiting our Homing Show - cats in our care ready for re-homing will be there.

At the British Legion Hall, Castle Lane.

From 10.30am to 1.00pm.

Free admission although donations very welcome.

Cat goods such as carriers, bowls and catnip toys will be on sale, as will Cats Protection new goods such as greetings cards, bags, fridge magnets, Christmas cards and 2011 calendars.

Refreshments will also be available.
