Who benefits from the Creche service?
Everyone! It enables people who look after children that are related to them i.e. parents, grandparents to take part in community activities e.g. bowls, aerobics, neighbourhood watch/council meetings that are normally feel excluded because of childcare commitments.

It is also available for people who run council surgeries, where parents need to talk to council representatives and find that it is difficult to talk with children running about!

People who run businesses can use a crèche to allow workers to attend training/staff development courses.

It can also be used by Schools when it is parent evening or a school play is put on, or where courses are run for parents to improve their children’s education e.g. language & literacy courses, improving maths courses.

It can also be used by Adult Education Centres who want to put on courses on outreach areas or in main centres that do not have a crèche on sight.

The Mobile Childcare Service will allow people the opportunity of going to meetings, parent groups, courses who would normally not be able to because of childcare commitments.
