We are receiving a number of enquiries from prospective purchasers.
Due to the high volume of interest in selling and buying, one Committee Member now collates all of the information to better enable SBHOA to put buyers in touch with sellers and vice versa. David will be maintaining a register of all of the details and this should prove to be good service to all those thinking of buying or selling.
If you are considering selling or buying a hut please let David Thomas know by email.
If you are considering selling please advise Hut Number, selling price, brief details of the hut, location, annual rent, and contact name and telephone number and type and length of lease. Please also state whether you wish us to advise the prospective purchaser to contact you, or if you want SBHOA to pass you prospective purchaser(S) details for you to contact them.
If you are considering purchasing a hut, please give either preferred location (Slip Road,promenade, stilts or beach), or a range of hut numbers you would be interested in considering, maximum price willing to pay, contact name, telephone number(s) and email address (Optional).
By submitting these details you are granting permission for your personal details to be passed to prospective sellers and/or buyers.
Southend Beach Hut Owners Association will not accept any liability, however caused, to any seller or purchaser or prospective seller or prospective purchaser through the operation of this voluntary service.
